But additionally, exporters in the Med Basin and Persian Gulf - Arabian Sea continue to compete fiercely for the same ÔÇô and in some cases shrinking - markets - a fact reflected by price declines in both regionsÔÇØ explains Raluca Cercel, Consulting Analyst with the CW Group's European team.
