One Billion Target

The coal issue in India became complex due to cancellation of blocks by the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, in the past, all actions related to coal were questioned, some rightly, and some not so rightly.

 In this coal auction process, the Ministry of Coal has set an example and it is expected that the ministry would follow the same auction methodology with minor modifications on the basis of their past experience. But, this process would, by and large, remains the same for all the 204 blocks.
