USA's Ox Industries acquires paper tube plants

The acquisition is a part of the company's vertical aligning strategy {reg}Pennsylvania-based Ox Industries has acquired two tube plants from American Paper Products, reports Flexible Packaging. One of the two plants is located in New Jersey and the other is in Massachusetts.

The acquisition is a part of the company's strategy of vertically aligning its mill across the country.

However, the strategy is related to mills, which manufacture high-strength 100 percent recycled tube and core paperboard.
