Company plans investment in Yemen

{reg}Saudi Arabia's Yamama Cement Company plans to move its plant located in the south of Riyadh, where the Ministry of Petroleum plans to propose three mining sites for the company, reports Argaam.

Furthermore, the company will conduct exploration for limestone for raw material production, and choose the best sites in terms of quality of materials and quantity available.

The Supreme Committee for the Protection of the Environment in Riyadh ordered in 2012 the transfer of the company's factory outside the residential area of the city. The company was given two year to complete the transition.

Meanwhile, the company announced plans to invest over SAR 15 million in Yemen.{/reg}
