Holcim buys Kamenko Gagrcin for Ôé¼1.5MM

The Serbian Privatization Agency said that Holcim bought a 68.9% stake in Gagrcin for 1.5 million euros.

{reg} Sombor-based Kamenko Gagrcin river transportation company was sold to Holcim Srbija cement producer, Emportal wrote. Holcim was also reported to accepted the minimum social welfare commitments amounting to 1 million euros.

Kameniko Gagrcin owns a dock near Sombor and a fleet of 20 boats for loading and unloading and for bulk cargo transport, the news source said.
